Please be aware that this search is based on an "includes" factor. Meaning that the database will return results that include the text you enter in the search box.

For example if you enter Douglas County in the territory field you would only see results from Inspectors listed as" Douglas County" versed Douglas. The inspectors DO NOT list the words County, City or Village in their territory listings. They list the actual name of the county, city, village. Therefore you would want to enter Douglas vs. Douglas County to ensure that you get results from all inspectors that serve Douglas County.

On the other hand, if you enter Dav in the first name, you will get David as a result because Dav is included in the name David.
Therefore it is best to limit the text in the search box to words / letters that you are sure to be "included" in the listing.
